The INFOCAP Jóvenes foundation is a private non-profit institution in Chile founded in 2011 by the Company of Jesus, whose purpose is to mobilize the potential of people so that they can imagine and build their lives in the future. The focus of its mission is to create spaces for job training and 'transversal' training and for meetings, to improve the quality of life and broaden people's horizons.  

The Foundation proposes an integrated promotion, education, training and development strategy aimed at adults in poverty living in urban sectors, through job training programs that cover the personal, family, community and technical-labor training needs of people, using a competency-based training model.
