Since 2011, Fundación Emplea has aimed to decrease the number of unemployed adults living in poverty in Chile by serving as a bridge between unemployed people seeking jobs and companies seeking talent. We have promoted the empowerment and training of people excluded from the labor market by developing their skills through training, job-readiness programs, on-the-job orientation, and soft-skills workshops to facilitate their entry into the workforce.
